​How Do I Place An Order?
You can place an order by clicking on any item on the site that you would like to purchase or you can contact ENG+SHAPIRO about a custom order. All jewelry on this site are made with natural stones hand-painted by Master Tak Wah Eng and flame-worked glass beads made exclusively with Venetian glass by Annette Shapiro. You can specify the type of cord or chain and clasps in the type of metal of your choice (vermeil, gold, sterling silver, etc.). Personal items such has charms can also be incorporated in the design.

Leather jackets can be custom hand-painted to your specifications. Jacket must be provided by the customer.
Payment and Shipping
All payments must be made via PayPal, and shipping is within the United States is free.

​Returns & Refunds
Items, which have not been altered or damaged, can be returned for a full refund within 10 days.
